SERVICES
Each service has a frequency, service cost and total cost
per year. The service cost is based on average cost of
maintenance throughout the year. Changing the frequency of
service will result in a change of service cost as well as a
change in total cost per year. The maintenance service for
your lawn includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing, as
well as, trimming the shrubs and cleaning the beds. When
special scheduling needs arise we ask that you give as much
advance notice as possible. The full list of Lawn Tech
services, with explanations, is attached.
FREQUENCIES
Frequencies are based on the average number of times per
year a service will be performed. The actual number of times
a service is performed may vary slightly from year to year.
If the needed number of services varies by 2 or more from
contracted services, the customer will be notified of all
available options. If extra services are requested or
needed, they will be done on a per visit basis so that
contract installments will not be affected.
CONTRACT TERMS
-
For the
purpose of averaging costs per month (so that months
where more services are done are not significantly
higher than others) Lawn Tech offers a yearly contract.
To arrive at a monthly installment price the total cost
of services is divided by 12.
-
Any
services performed during contract period but not
included in contract price will be charged on a per
visit basis. An example would be a sprinkler repair or
an additional requested winter clean up.
-
All
customers will be charged a finance charge on accounts
exceeding thirty days past due.
-
Each
customer has a credit limit of double the monthly
installment. Once the customer reaches the credit limit,
services will be stopped until the customer makes
arrangements with Lawn Tech.
-
The
contract automatically renews itself yearly upon
anniversary date unless either party is notified 30 days
in advance.
-
When a
contract is terminated before the renewal date, all
services rendered during the contracted period will be
subtracted from payments made during the contracted
period. If there is a negative balance, this will be the
final bill.
